Pioneers in the industry, we offer mextech srt-6223 surface profile gauge, mextech cm-801e coating thickness meter, mextech coating thickness meter 801e, cem coating thickness meter dt-156, mextech cm801 coating thickness meter and cem coating thickness meter dt-159 from India.
Applicable to measure the Peak-to-Valley height of the surface profile of blastcleaned surfaces. It is widely used in field of blast cleaned surface measurement
Um/mil: Unit Switch Key; Up Key: Increasing for Calibration;
ZERO: Zero Calibration Key
MODE: Switch betweenSingle-point Mode and Continuous Mode
RESET: System Resetting Key (Press and Hold More than 8s)
Probe
Measurement Modes:
Single-point Mode: the Single Mode (Default), Press “MODE” key to switch to Single-point
Mode (no Continuous Measurement indicator displayed), Vertically and rapidly placing the
probe on the sample. The readings display on LCD with one beeping. Hand up the probe more than 5cm away from the mental, then do the next measuring.
Continuous Mode: the Continuous Measurement Mode, Pressing “MODE” key to display the
Continuous Measurement indicator, vertically and directly placing the probe on the sample.
The readings will continuously upgrade following with the probe moving.
Description of “Fe” and “NF”
“Fe” in LCD means: Target substrate is ferrous material such as iron/steel. “NF” in LCD means: Target substrate is non-ferrous material such as aluminum/copper.
Unit Switching
Press “um/mil” key to switch unit “um” or “mil”
Auto Power Off
Automatically power off without any operations within 10min.
Calibration:
Calibration adjustment is the process of setting the gauge to be more accurate. There are factors to affect accuracy such as the probe slight wear, long time no use, hostile environment, or special substrate. How to calibrate the gauge, steps as follows:
Firstly take out the two pieces of substrates (ferrous substrate/ aluminum substrate) and the standard foils. Place them horizontally on the table. You also could use your target bare metal substrate instead of our attached substrates.
Then press the probe tightly on the substrate, and press the ZERO key to finish the zero calibration.
Note: The calibration includes “ZERO Point”&“Multi-Point” Calibrations. Please seriously note this. Once you did a misoperation, please press and hold “MODE/RESET”8 seconds for resetting the factory default.
System Reset:
Press and hold “MODE/RESET” key for about 8 sec until the “Nf 0” displays with 3 beeping.
Then press the sensor tightly on the aluminum substrate and press the ZERO Key. The “F 0” displays, and then press the sensor tightly on the iron substrate and press the ZERO Key. The system resetting is successful.
Note: system resetting is mainly used for the return of error operation & error calibration.
Multi-Points Calibration:
Gauge should be in Single-point Mode. Place the probe on coated sample (for example, our foils on substrates) and raise it after one beep. The LCD will show “X”, 56.3 for example. Press the
Up key or Down key to adjust the displayed valueas the indicated value on the foil. Repeat this step with different foils until the measured value is close to the indicated value on each foil. (It is suggested to begin from the 100um foil.) The Multi-Points Calibration is done.
DT-156 gauges are suitable for laboratory, workshop and outdoor use
